I understand McF cracking down about certain things like this, but I think sometimes the board policies are far too generalized and end up alientating some of the true fans. The only time I post over there is to basically advertise my site or gain new viewers for it. Yet I fear that at some point I could be banned or suspended for this (or even worse, ie: legal action) according to some of the posting rules. Whether these fears are rational or not, I think it speaks volumes about how the relationship has changed with the fans. Because so many fuckwads have messed things up over there, it feels like no one is safe anymore [img]eek.gif[/img]

I posted my thoughts already on the white board, but more or less agree with the fact that it is their board and their rules, if you don't like it go somewhere else.
I for one, enjoy lurking over there (and posting occassionally) mainly for McF product info and to check out other people's hauls - always cool to see what everyone else is buying/finding.

Talk about bringing up old names, wonder what Chet is up to. I recall trading either a company Tshirt or comped dinner for a Spawn hockey puck many years ago.
